WHAT’S ON OFFER?

Students work in small groups of five (over three sessions) to identify motivations, skills, interests and possible career options. They’ll develop the confidence and skills to navigate future decisions and to be able to communicate their plans to parents/carers and teachers.

SESSION 1 - WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

Students will explore what motivates and inspires them through activities on the Careerpilot website and also see how their GCSE subject choices could lead to future jobs.

SESSION 2 - EXPLORE JOBS AND COURSES

Students will complete a jobs quiz exploring sectors, careers and pathways that match their interests.

SESSION 3 - MAKE A PLAN

Students will use the knowledge they have built from sessions 1 and 2 to make a plan for their next stage and have a short one-to-one with a qualified careers adviser.
